Manager of Employee Engagement, NASCAR 

In June of 2022, Tyrese entered into his role as the Manager of Employee Engagement. Within this role, Tyrese is responsible for managing and executing engagement and employee communication initiatives to build understanding of the NASCAR business strategy, culture and values. He works with the Human Resources team as he drives and leads employee engagement across the company.

Human Resources Representative, Fincantieri Marine Systems of North America (FMSNA)

Prior to his journey with NASCAR, Tyrese serves as a Human Resources Representative for FMSNA at their Jacksonville, FL hub. Tyrese was responsible for leading recruiting, onboarding and internal communication efforts. He worked closely with managers and employees to help attract and drive in the best talent. His recruiting efforts helped to drive in a high number of employees to the new location and he teamed up with several key leaders to help identify areas of opportunity for employees and external stakeholders.
